Rotten Apples

Rotten Apples is a new play written by Jamie Burns.

A play about Alan, Gary and Mark - three young men living on three different council estates.

How would your life be with poor parenting, bad education and an environment of crime, violence and hopelessness?

Jamie grew up in a working class family and was expelled from school at 13. He grew up with people like Alan, Gary and Mark. What you will hear and see are real, true events.

Jamie took several act up courses with us and began to go to the theatre. This inspired him to write Rotten Apples.

We are a 100% behind Jamie in supporting and co-producing his first play. The first rehearsed reading took place in February 2007 and was read by actors, Nick Lopez, Sam Halpenny and Gary Pillai.
